3. Order Processing Time

  • Pre-Order/Backorder Items: Estimated shipping time displayed on the product page.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

We will ship the goods to you as soon as possible, and the courier tracking code will be sent to your email after shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If the delivery fails due to unclear address or incorrect customer contact information, the courier will try to deliver the item 2-3 times. During this period, we may contact you through the contact information you provided to update your address.

Free delivery times:

Twice to Indonesia.

Three times to Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

If the number of deliveries exceeds the specified number, the customer needs to bear the subsequent postage costs. For specific fee details, please contact customer service.

Lost Packages: Must be reported within 20 days for investigation.

The price on the website do not include taxes.The specific tax rate is charged according to the local tax laws of different countries and regions. For detailed local duties and tariffs information, please kindly consult your local custom.
